COVID 19 delays

We hope you are safe as COVID continues to disrupt our daily lives. At this stage we continue operate as normal and are able to dispatch orders asap. Please be aware that orders may experience delays in delivery as all couriers are experiencing issues in some areas (3-9 days delay). Our apologies during this period of uncertainty. We’re all doing our best to get your order to you asap. Please feel free to order as normal, but we recommend you allow a little extra time for delivery or select express post.

PS our advice is get in early as shipping has been chaos this year but if you've left it to the last minute then the couriers are saying...

  • 3rd Dec standard post to regional / rural areas.
  • 14th Dec standard post for metro areas.
  • 19th Dec for express post Australia wide.
  • 19th Dec standard shipping Brisbane, Gold coast, Sunshine Coast.
We're also offering local pick up 15th - 22nd Dec - only available on request (pick location will be Tweed Heads / Coolangatta).
    We are closed for xmas break from Thursday 23rd Dec till Tuesday 4th January. All orders placed during this time will be shipped once we return. 


      There is a mandatory 'Authority To Leave' on all parcels. Please ensure there is a SAFE place to leave your order, or choose a more suitable address for shipping. If you'd like signature on delivery please contact us as it's an extra cost based on parcel size and courier type.

      We can deliver to your home or work street address. We can deliver to parcel collect / po box for small items only. 

      • $12 Satchel (we recommend no breakables).
      • $25 S-M Box (satchel packed for breakables).
      • $25 - $35 express up to 3kg.
      • $40 L-XL box (large heavy items)

      To qualify for free standard shipping your items must fit into an A3 size box / satchel that weighs up to 3kg including bubble wrap etc to protect your goods. Free shipping is regular post NOT express. Large breakable items like bull skulls and furniture are not included in this offer. Free shipping is available only in Australia. Please note we will send you a shipping invoice if your order requires it. 

        General shipping information

        Our team of mad hatters carefully packs and ships your order to you. You'll receive an email with tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse (approx 2-5 business days). Mystery boxes are packed to order so please allow extra time. Shipping times are additional based on the day of dispatch. Courier estimates after dispatch from our warehouse:

        • Express to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane 2-3 biz days. 
        • Express to Perth, Darwin, Hobart 2-5 biz days.
        • Standard shipping time is 3-14 biz days (Covid is making shipping times slower sorry y'all). 
        • International 2-6 weeks.

        It is up to you to ensure all your details are submitted correctly and you select a suitable shipping method when placing your order. We process our orders via an automated system, any errors when submitting your details may result in your order being sent incorrectly. Please check your order confirmation, and email and contact us ASAP to adjust errors before our shipping process begins.

        Missing deliveries, we will take all steps possible to assist, however we do not refund or credit for orders if they have been addressed as indicated on your order. The best option is to contact Australia Post with the tracking number we provided you. If you chose a no-tracking shipping option unfortunately you wavier the right to any missing claim. 

        Preorder / custom made items ordered with in stock items will ship as one when all items are ready. If you require your other items earlier, please place two separate orders.

        Flammable items cannot be shipped internationally. Please note that if your order contains dangerous goods it will default to Australia Post road eParcel.

        Breakables require extra packing for protection to ensure they are safe in transit. A4 satchels are not safe for breakables. Postage is at your own risk if you choose this shipping method - no cover for breakables. We may contact you if you select the wrong shipping type for your order with details on how to pay the extra shipping for large boxes. Your order will remain in the warehouse until paid. 


          Shipping terms

          We use Australia Post / Aramex / Sendle to ship items to you as we have found them to be the most reliable and cost effective for our customers. Once parcels have left our warehouse, they are then the property of Australia Post / Aramex / Sendle. Six things is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping details and packaging are kept in case further investigation is required.

          Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to SIX things as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.

          Shipping charges are not refundable.

          Freight companies will obtain signature if premises is attended, otherwise you give the freight company authority to leave goods unattended at shipping address. For other arrangements please contact us or Australia Post / Fastway / Sendle directly. 

          Sometimes the courier can’t deliver a parcel because no one was home. If the courier doesn't hear from you within five days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will have to pay for redelivery. 

          While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

          International shipping

          Please be aware that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please select an appropriate shipping option on check out. If you select the incorrect option for shipping we will contact you with extra costs prior to shipping. International shipping DOES NOT include insurance and some places do not allow tracking outside Australia. We are sorry if your items are damaged or lost by the courier but we CANNOT refund or replace international orders. GST becomes a service fee for international orders.
